Key Requirements of the M.C.S.P. Program:
* The firm's primary business MUST be repairing and replacing residential home plumbing.
Owners

| Abide by all building codes |
| Warranty installation for at least 1 year |
| Display Moen logo and/or MCSP Logo in daily operations |
| Carry Moen faucets EXCLUSIVELY on the trucks |
| Provide year-end Moen Purchase info |
Techs
| Techs must wear uniforms |
| Techs must pass required MCSP Moen training |
| Techs must return completed postage-prepaid Product Warranty Cards |
| Techs must participate in on-going training |
